1. Membership Overview

When you join SHE RISES, you receive:

- A live monthly temple gathering of two hours, recorded so you can rewatch or receive the transmission whenever you are ready.

- Somatic and embodiment practices that anchor the transmission of each Venus gate in your body — through breath, sound, movement, and nervous system work — not your mind.

- Psycho-spiritual and mythopoetic teaching rooted in the Venus-Inanna initiatory arc, drawing on the celestial intelligence, feminine archetypes, and ancient lineage that each gate carries.

- Archetypal activation at each gate — the Wild Woman, the Dark Erotic, the Womb Priestess, the Sovereign, the Sensual Mystic, the Medicine Woman, the Seer — called forward to be embodied.

2. Payment Details

Membership fee: £55 per month.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.- or Paypal

Your membership auto-renews monthly on the same date each month.

Should a payment fail — for example due to card expiry — you will have 3 days to update your payment details. If payment is not completed within this window, your access to the SHE RISES temple will be paused until resolved.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your membership no later than 7 days before your next billing cycle.

No minimum commitment is required. You are sovereign here - you stay for as long as Venus calls you forward, and you leave when your path asks you to move on.

Due to the immediate access to resources and the energetic nature of the SHE RISES container; all payments are non-refundable once processed.

4. Membership Access and Materials

You will retain access to all live sessions, replays, and resources for as long as your membership remains active.

All materials are for personal use only during your membership term and may not be downloaded, shared, or distributed without express written permission.

All content within SHE RISES is the intellectual property of Nicky Robertson and Associates LTD and is protected under copyright law. Sharing, teaching, distributing, or reproducing SHE RISES content outside of this container is not permitted.

5. Sacred Community Agreements

By entering the SHE RISES temple, you agree to honour the following:

- Confidentiality — what is shared within SHE RISES remains within SHE RISES.

- Respect — honour the diverse experiences, boundaries, and emotional processes of every woman in the circle.

- Supportive presence — offer compassion and reflection without unsolicited advice or fixing.

- Integrity — show up with authenticity and personal responsibility for your own journey.

- Violation of these sacred agreements may result in immediate removal from the membership space, without refund.

6. Disclaimer and Personal Responsibility

SHE RISES offers spiritual, somatic, and psycho-spiritual support for embodiment, initiation, and feminine remembrance.

By participating, you understand and agree that SHE RISES does not offer medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing throughout your journey. If you are navigating acute physical or mental health challenges, it is recommended that you seek appropriate professional support alongside your work within the SHE RISES container.

7. Membership Changes and Updates

Should any adjustments to pricing, frequency, or membership structure occur, you will be given at least 2 days' notice.

By enrolling in SHE RISES, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
